The Polish side has accepted for discussion the authority of the Cabinet to confirm citizenship of Belarus with the subsequent issue of passports
Last week representatives of the United Transition Cabinet had a number of official meetings with top Polish officials, including President Andrzej Duda, Deputy Prime Minister Piotr Glinski, Sejm Marshal Elżbieta Witek, heads and representatives of the Interior Ministry and Administration, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Education and Science, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Culture and National Heritage as well as EU ambassadors.
On the importance and the results of such a busy week of official meetings said Paul Latushko, deputy head of the Cabinet:
"Our cooperation with Poland and the Western world is gradually reaching the institutional level. The Cabinet is building a system of interaction to promptly solve the problematic issues of the Belarusians.”
"In my memory, there has never been a visit of a prime minister or other official from Belarus in the history of bilateral relations, during which there were so many meetings with the Polish leadership. In fact, this is a political recognition of the Cabinet."
"The Sejm has begun discussing a resolution on Belarus. At a meeting of the foreign affairs committee, all the deputies took turns saying 'enough celebrating with the dictatorial regime'."
"At a meeting with Interior Minister Mariusz Kaminski, the Cabinet made proposals to impose new sanctions on all those who support the war against Ukraine, have to do with repression against Belarusians and the Polish national minority."

The result of negotiations with representatives of the Ministry of Education was an agreement to create a joint working group, which will be headed by its representative Alina Kovshyk on the part of the Cabinet."

For example, with the lack of an apostille due to the impossibility of putting it in Belarus.
