The "Latushko’s Team and Movement For Freedom" Faction Participated in the IV Conference of Belarusians of the World

The faction "Latushko’s Team and the Movement For Freedom" of the Coordination Council took part in the IV Conference of Belarusians of the World, which took place in Warsaw from May 23 to 25.

The conference was attended by the leader of the faction, Pavel Latushka, the speaker of the Coordination Council Artsiom Bruhan, as well as other members of the faction: Aleg Kulesha, Yulia Harachaya, Yana Latushka, Yuras Hubarevich, Rita Hatsikh, and Aliaksandra Khanevich.

During the closing ceremony of the conference, Pavel Latushka emphasized:"Let us stand together — that is what truly matters. Together, because what unites us is the fact that we are Belarusians, and that we have our own homeland — our Motherland, Belarus. I am proud to be Belarusian. I am proud to be able to fight for Belarus. I know I will never give up. Our country’s independence matters to us. Holding the regime accountable for its crimes matters to us. But equally important is our shared responsibility for the work we are doing together."

Our faction member Aleg Kulesha spoke during the first panel discussion titled "Socio-Humanitarian Solidarity: How the Belarusian Diaspora Supports Political Prisoners and Families of Fallen Volunteers", where he shared insights on the work of the Belarusian Association of Political Prisoners "Da Voli".

Artsiom Bruhan and Pavel Latushka also took part in the politicians' Q&A blitz session.

Additionally, members of the faction actively participated in the work of several working groups:

• "Legalization, Mobility, and Security"

• "Diaspora Unification, Development, and Mutual Support"

• "Support for Political Prisoners, the Repressed, and Volunteers"
